For the shooting of the series Super Mâles on Netflix, directed by Noémie Saglio and Olivier Rosemberg and starring Manu Payet, the production chose this modern duplex penthouse. Its clean design, open spaces, and abundant natural light provided the perfect setting to complement the show’s contemporary and urban universe.
The Place
Located on the top floor of a 1970s building, this penthouse offers 170 m² of interior space and 150 m² of outdoor areas. Fully renovated, it combines contemporary architecture, clean lines, and colorful furnishings.
The apartment features two bedrooms, a study, and a spacious, open layout leading to a balcony-terrace. The bathroom, with its large bay window, floods the space with natural light.
The rooftop, complete with a jacuzzi, offers breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Beaugrenelle towers, making this property an exceptional setting for urban shoots and film productions.
