The project
Nearly 15 years after its first broadcast, Bref returns as a TV series on Disney+. For one of the episodes in this new season, the production chose this American-style house, offered by our team, to complement the series’ contemporary and intimate universe led by Kyan Khojandi.
The Place
Located 30 km east of Paris in a quiet residential neighborhood, this 1960s California-style villa spans 220 m² and features a modern and welcoming design.
The living room, with exposed beams and large windows, opens directly onto the pool and garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The spacious garden with a wooden terrace completes this bright and inviting setting, making it ideal for fiction shoots seeking a contemporary, lived-in, and authentic home.
