The film
For their photo shoot and advertising campaign, Leboncoin called on our services to find a location embodying a warm, family-oriented, and authentic atmosphere.
We proposed this Anglo-Norman manor, located just outside Paris, whose generous volumes, natural light, and distinctive décor perfectly supported the staging.
The Place
This half-timbered manor, nestled in a residential neighborhood along the Marne River, offers 450 m² of interior space with a 3.3-meter ceiling height. Its bourgeois, curated, and colorful décor creates a cozy and lived-in atmosphere.
The house features a glass-roofed winter garden, a characterful living room, and a light-filled dining room. Outside, a landscaped garden and a terrace overlooking the Marne complete this setting, making it ideal for shoots and film productions seeking a distinctive family home.
