Ref. 2350
Colorful triplex loft with white brick walls and bay windows
1km east of Paris
Description
This triplex loft, built in 2024, was designed from the outset to accommodate photoshoots and filming. Spread over three levels, it combines technical functionality with sophisticated aesthetics, offering a wide variety of atmospheres and perspectives.
Access is via an elevator (capacity: 5 people / 375 kg) serving the two main levels. The second floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. It features a hallway entrance with bottle-green walls adorned with jungle wallpaper, leading to a master suite with an open-plan bathroom and dressing room, as well as two other bedrooms with their own shower rooms.
On the third floor, a wide landing leads to two large living spaces: on one side, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a large library; on the other, a spacious kitchen/dining room bathed in natural light thanks to a large bay window opening onto a balcony. A rare feature: this bay window can completely disappear into the walls, opening the space to the outdoors and providing a spectacular view of the kitchen.
Both rooms feature beautiful off-white brick walls and a natural wood ceiling, adding a cozy and elegant touch. The volume, textures, and light provide a versatile setting, perfect for live scenes, interviews, lifestyle settings, or interior photography.
A final level, accessible via a staircase from the landing, leads to an office space with a shower and toilet, framed by two rooftop terraces, which will be completed in September 2025. These terraces offer unobstructed views.
