Former hunting lodge, stone, woodwork and garden at the gates of Paris

2km south of Paris

Description

At the gates of Paris, this former hunting lodge unfolds in the heart of a 4,000 m² landscaped garden, spread over several levels connected by stone staircases. A naturally theatrical setting, ideal for fashion shoots, filming, or events.

The tone is set from the moment you enter: you cross a paved courtyard that leads to the main entrance with a Burgundy stone floor and an exposed beamed ceiling. A vast living room of nearly 60 m², bathed in light and with an impressive ceiling height of 6.50 meters, is the centerpiece of the ground floor. To host events, a catering service, a cloakroom in a vaulted room, and restrooms are available.

On the first floor, a mezzanine overlooks the main living room. From this open landing, you access a small office, a French billiard table, and a secondary mezzanine housing a harpsichord.

The second floor reveals an elegant living room with blue walls and moldings, two fireplaces, and a harp. A cozy kitchen with antique woodwork and a fireplace opens onto a terrace, which in turn overlooks the garden. A unique fountain, fed directly by an aqueduct, adds a touch of poetry to this already unique setting.
