Ref. 2604
Dance and creative spaces under glass roofs with a restaurant
Saint-Ambroise
Description
This former 1930s printing house has been transformed into a creative venue dedicated to a variety of artistic and theatrical disciplines, particularly dance.
Upon entering, the venue opens onto a restaurant, followed by a vast hall enhanced by a striking staircase leading to a large, light-filled landing that provides access to the different spaces.
Upstairs, two studios and creative spaces combine metal structures, an industrial aesthetic and warm wooden flooring.
One of the spaces also features a piano, while a third studio with grey flooring reinforces the venue’s monochromatic aesthetic.
Changing rooms, a shower room and restrooms are also available.
On the ground floor, a vast 300 sqm raw space completes the venue. Directly accessible from the street by vehicle, it provides a particularly suitable setting for vehicle photo shoots in Paris.
