Description

At the heart of a brutalist concrete and brick building erected in the 1980s, lies a vast dance space of approximately 140 m², bathed in light and enhanced by a 5.75-meter ceiling height. The raw lines and pure material create a unique atmosphere, conducive to creation, performance, or staging.

Outside, a spectacular concrete spiral staircase provides a sculptural setting perfect for fashion shoots. The garden, with its brick facade, adds an organic and textured touch to the setting.

At the very top, a slightly faded rooftop of approximately 120 m² is surrounded by greenery. A striking contrast between the architectural roughness and the softness of the vegetation, ideal for shots blending strength, nature, and urbanity.

The garden, meanwhile, opens onto a branch of the Seine, adding an unexpected breath of fresh air to the raw charm of the space.
