1930s theater with reception rooms and rooftop
Panthéon
Description
This 1930s theater, with its Art Deco façade, houses an avant-garde performance hall that can accommodate nearly 1,800 people, equipped with dressing rooms and a technical area behind the stage, ideal for a control room.
The reception area, dominated by a monumental staircase, leads to the third floor, where one discovers the 780 m² Espace Maubert, which can be divided into three distinct spaces. This same level also houses the Saint-Victor and Odéon lounges, enhanced by high ceilings.
On the fifth floor, a lobby opening onto an ultra-modern patio provides the perfect setting for a high-tech or corporate atmosphere. Surrounding the patio are several lounges and meeting rooms with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.
Finally, the top floor provides access to a large rooftop with a walkway, offering a variety of viewpoints. This spectacular rooftop terrace offers a unique panorama of Paris, with a direct view of Notre-Dame and, in the distance, the Eiffel Tower, providing an exceptional setting for photoshoots, cocktails or film scenes.
